Food installation by Garden Loops:
The installation is inspired by Druant’s imaginary landscape drawing on alternative feminine mythologies and feminist thought, her work explores desire, monstrous bodies, care for the (female) body, and the intricacies of human existence.
Menu: Dried serpent roots, pears, beetroot hanged from the ceiling with black sesame soup, grass jelly, matcha and ube flavoured tang yuan, tapioca pearls and coconut cubes.
